Hand-Built in the USA
Most wheels on the market today are machined laced and tensioned. It's fast, affordable and does a pretty good job of evening out spoke tension and building a nice wheel. But it's no substitute for the skilled hands of a master wheel builder. Human hands can feel the slightest tension difference in a wheel's lacing and adjust it for perfect, uniform “pitch” so the ride load is evenly distributed over the entire wheel. That uniform build means fewer broken spokes, less truing between rides and a longer wheel life for you. Hey, some corners just aren't worth cutting.
