A: Yes, we have a very generous No Fault/Crash Replacement Policy. This policy covers a 5 year period following the purchase date of your product. Read more.

Q: What rim tape should I use?
A: We highly recommend the thinner high quality Zipp rim tape which you can purchase online at www.zipp.com

Q: What is the recommended weight limits for Flash-Point wheels?
A: For FP40 wheels less than 200 lbs

Q: Can I change the cassette body?
A: Yes, Flash-Point wheels accommodate either Shimano or Campagnolo styles. You will need to swap out the hub cassette body.

Q: What is your maximum recommended tire pressure?
A: We recommend 100-110 PSI for nylon cased tires and 110-125 for cotton and softer casing materials. The PSI rating on the sidewall is a maximum for the tire. Do not exceed 125 PSI. Remember excessive tire pressure reduces grip and decreases tire life.

Q: What valve extensions do I need for Flash-Point wheels?
A: FP40 = 1.05" / 27mm, FP60 = 1.9" / 48mm

Q: Can I use tubular tires with Flash-Point wheels?
A: No. You need to use tires for clincher wheels only.

Q: What is your warranty policy
A: We warrantee our products against factory defects for one calendar year after purchase. Read our policy.

A: The 2006-2007 hub specifications are as follows
     Front:
     Flange diameter: 38mm
     Center to flange: 35mm

     Rear:
     Flange diameter: 48mm
     Center to flange right: 18mm
     Center to flange left: 35mm
